Is FlightDeck available on Mac?

No. Hopefully one day as our team grows we will be able to support Mac.

What does 2.5D photo transformation mean?

It’s a tool that analyzes your photo and splits it into layers to create parallax inside the engine. Perfect for virtual backgrounds or for virtual production. It’s fast, fun, and getting even better with exciting updates coming soon!

Do I need any technical experience to use FlightDeck?

You'll need to have a basic understanding of UE5 to install FlightDeck. From there, FlightDeck is designed to be accessible to UE5 users of all experience levels. It includes tools that are tailored to different experience levels.

What versions of Unreal Engine does FlightDeck support?

Currently optimized for UE5 5.3. Support for newer versions will be added in the near future.

What can I ask FlightDeck to do?

You can ask FlightDeck to add or modify actors and lights, help troubleshoot issues, explore real-world locations using Cesium, or transform photos into layered 2.5D scenes, all through simple prompts and entirely in the engine.

Can I use FlightDeck offline?

An internet connection is required to use FlightDeck.

Is FlightDeck compatible with existing Unreal projects?

Yes. You can bring it into your current UE5 projects, as long as the version is compatible, without breaking anything.
